Using Tournament OS
Tournament OS is provided as a tool to help organizers manage badminton tournaments, including setup, participants, teams, schedules, scores, standings and tournament progression.
Organizer responsibility
The organizer remains responsible for the tournament, participant information, event rules, score entry, corrections and decisions made during the event. Tournament OS assists with tournament management; it does not replace the organizer's responsibility for running the competition.
Accuracy and availability
Tournament OS is designed to apply its configured tournament logic consistently, but software and devices can fail. Organizers should use reasonable judgment for important events and keep appropriate backup information when the event requires it.
Tournament and badminton rules
Formats and scoring configurations can differ across recreational events, clubs and formal competitions. The organizer is responsible for ensuring that the configured tournament reflects the rules they intend to use.
Participant information
Organizers are responsible for having an appropriate reason and any permissions needed to enter participant or team information into Tournament OS.
Acceptable use
You may not use Tournament OS to violate applicable law, intentionally interfere with the application, attempt unauthorized access to future account or cloud services, or misuse participant information.
Features shown as upcoming
Features described as “in development,” “planned,” “coming soon,” or similar are not part of the current V1 product unless explicitly stated otherwise. This includes V2 intelligence features and the future Tournament OS web platform until they are publicly released.
Changes
Tournament OS may add, change or remove features as the product evolves. These terms may be updated to reflect material product or service changes.
